Inhoud training:
2-day course based on the input of the Works Council with several topics. Updates in legislation and pension scheme were discussed, and time was spent on the DISC-tool to get more insight in the cooperation as team and with the director. On request of the Works Council, a was given by the Chairman of another Works Council to learn about their best practices. This new dynamic was very nice to motivate the WoCo how to structure the way of working well.
