Online Two-day training: a good start for the Works Council. The Works Council act was discussed and thought to the members how to bring this into practice. Most enjoyable were the real-life cases because they give the opportunity to apply the new knowledge obtained directly. Also, we had the chance to get to know each other better and to make decisions about our way of working.
