Open Enrollment: Online Training on the Works Councils Act (WCA)
TRAINIAC is offering an online training course on the Works Councils Act (WCA) with open enrollment. This course is specifically designed for new Works Council members who have joined during the current term.
During this half-day online training, you will learn about the key provisions of the Works Councils Act, with a particular focus on the right to render advice (Article 25) and the right of endorsement (Article 27). The small group setting provides plenty of opportunity to ask questions, discuss practical situations, and learn from the experiences of Works Council members from other organizations.
After completing this training, you will have a solid understanding of the legal framework and be able to actively contribute to your Works Council from day one.
Please note: This training is delivered entirely in English and is specifically intended for Works Council members who prefer to follow the training in English rather than Dutch.
